Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Costa Rica corporation cédula jurídica 3-102-944839 (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use TokenDiscovery / LightScope / Beam websites, apps, APIs, waitlists, and related interfaces (the “Services”), including tokendiscovery.ai and successor domains.
By using the Services, you acknowledge this Policy. Our Terms of Service describe what the product is (a user interface / information provider; we do not give investment advice or execute trades for you).
1. Information we collect
You provide: name, email, social handles, waitlist / access requests, support messages, account profile details, and any other info you submit (including when requesting access or contacting us).
Auth / wallet providers: if you sign in or connect via a third party (e.g. Privy, OAuth, wallet connect), we may receive identifiers such as email, wallet address, and auth tokens those providers share with us under their terms.
Automatically: IP address, device/browser type, OS, language, referrer, pages viewed, timestamps, approximate location (from IP), cookies / similar tech, and diagnostic or performance logs.
On-chain / public data: wallet addresses and public blockchain or market data you choose to view or that we index to power discovery surfaces are generally public; we may process them to operate rankings, risk views, and similar features.
We do not ask for seed phrases or private keys. Never send them to us.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- operate, secure, and improve the Services (including discovery feeds, access control, and APIs);
- create and manage accounts / waitlist / Request Access flows;
- respond to support and product inquiries;
- send service/admin notices (and marketing only where allowed and with opt-out where required);
- analyze usage trends and product performance;
- detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- comply with law and enforce our Terms.
We do not use your data to execute trades on your behalf.
3. Sharing
We may share information with:
- Service providers (hosting, analytics, email, auth/wallet, error monitoring, CDN) under contracts that limit use to providing services to us;
- Professional advisors (legal, accounting) under confidentiality;
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security;
- Business transfers (merger, acquisition, financing) subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information for money. If a future “share for advertising” practice applies under US state law, we will update this Policy and offer required opt-outs.
Third-party sites and protocols linked from the Services have their own policies; this Policy does not cover them.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use cookies, local storage, and similar tools for session, preferences, security, and analytics. You can control cookies in your browser; some features may not work if disabled. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals in a uniform way.
5. Retention
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, and security retention, then delete or anonymize it when practicable.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you use the Services at your own risk.
7. Children
The Services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. Contact us to request deletion if you believe we have.
8. International transfers
We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. EEA/UK GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA, Virginia CDPA, and similar), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising.
To exercise rights: hello@tokendiscovery.ai. We may verify your identity before acting. You may appeal denials where law requires. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
EU/UK: where GDPR applies, our legal bases typically include contract performance, legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (where required), and legal obligation.
California: we will not discriminate for exercising privacy rights. Categories of data we collect generally include identifiers, internet/network activity, and commercial information related to access requests — as described above.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy by posting a new version with a revised date. Material changes may also be highlighted in-product or by email when appropriate.
